I'm Dominic Hobbs, a fitness coach based in the UK, working with clients both online and in person. I know what it's like to train hard without a real direction. To watch YouTube, try a new split every few weeks, eat "pretty well" and still not see the body you're working towards.

I've served in the military, competed athletically at a high level, and held demanding full time careers, all while maintaining my physique and performance. I've also come back from severe surgeries that genuinely changed my life. Every single time, I rebuilt. Not because of raw talent, but because of mindset. That's the mechanism everything else follows from.

I work primarily with men in their 20s and 30s who are done with guesswork and ready to follow a structure that actually delivers.

You get a fully personalised training programme and nutrition guidance delivered digitally, regular check-in calls, and direct messaging access to me throughout the week. Everything is tracked and adjusted as you progress. You won't feel like you're on your own.
Most clients notice real changes in energy, strength, and how they look within the first 4 to 6 weeks. Visible muscle growth and physique changes build from there. The results compound the longer you stay consistent, which is exactly what the programme is designed to help you do.
